I'm Steven Daytes.
Founder of Up To Daytes.
I spent over 20 years in technology delivery at BT and EE. As a Change Configuration Analyst, I sent hourly updates to stakeholders during maintenance windows, and I kept noticing how much of that work was manual, and how much of it AI or a good system could do better.
That noticing is what started Up To Daytes. Somewhere in years of IT leadership, building systems and improving processes, I realised my favourite part was never the technology. It was watching someone go from overwhelmed to organised, that "ahh, I can finally breathe" moment.
Today I help small business owners, solo founders and busy entrepreneurs who are brilliant at what they do but drowning in the admin around it. I tame inboxes and calendars, build the systems that keep a business running, and increasingly, build the AI integrations that take real work off your plate. You stay in control. I handle the setup.
I'm a certified Scrum Master and hold ITIL v4 Foundation, because I believe in doing this properly, not just quickly.

Away from client work: flying my drone for scenic shots (Finland is my favourite spot), travelling to learn about different cultures, and a standing weakness for lasagne.
